Safety and Power Outages

There are 3 fire extinguishers at the property:

• 1 below the kitchen sink

• 1 below the grill

• 1 in the laundry room

The first aid kit is located in the laundry room.

There are rodent traps and other pest control methods around the property that can be hazardous to pets and children if ingested or touched. Please make sure to not leave pets and children unattended on the property.

The "spool" is accessible from multiple sliding doors and is not secured by a fence. Therefore, children cannot be left unattended at this property.

If your power goes out because of a storm, it usually is resolved quickly. Please keep in mind, just as you cannot control the weather or the electric department at home, we cannot control these things either.

If a safety-threatening emergency occurs because of the weather, please contact us and report the issue. Call 911 if necessary.

Once power is restored the wifi and all appliances should automatically turn on again. The clock on the microwave and the stove will need to be manually reset.
